The short version

Email and automation from a Myrtle Beach agency. We plan and send campaigns, write the follow-up sequences that keep inquiries warm, and connect your forms, bookings, and customer list so nothing depends on someone remembering. Every project gets a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote within one business day, and every build comes with 30 days of free fixes. Monthly plans start at $1,500 with Reef Shark, and you can cancel any month.

Why it matters

Email & Automation, done the Shark way.

Most Grand Strand businesses already have the raw material: a customer list, an inbox full of past inquiries, maybe a dusty Mailchimp account someone set up years ago. What they don't have is the discipline — the regular sends, the follow-up sequences, the cleanup. That gap is where revenue leaks out. We close it by treating email like a system you run, not a thing you get around to.

Automation is the other half. When a form fills, someone should be notified. When a job wraps, a review request should go out. When a quote sits unanswered, a follow-up should send itself. None of that requires you to remember anything — it just requires someone to build it once and maintain it. That's the work we do, in plain English, with pricing you see before we start.

The follow-up runs itself.

Every inquiry gets an answer, every quote gets a nudge, every past customer hears from you at the right moment — automatically.

Frequently asked

What does email and automation work cost?

Ongoing work fits our monthly plans: Reef Shark at $1,500/mo, Mako at $3,500/mo, and Great White at $5,000/mo, and you can cancel any month. One-time builds get a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote within one business day, so you know the number before anything starts. Every build also includes 30 days of free fixes.

We already have Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Do we have to switch?

Almost never. We work inside the tools you already pay for — Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and others. Switching platforms is a last resort, not a starting point, because your list, your history, and your sign-up forms already live where they live. If a switch would genuinely serve you better, we'll say so and explain exactly why.

Is our list too small or too old for this to be worth it?

Small lists of real local customers routinely outperform big cold ones. A few hundred people who've bought from you in Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet are worth more than ten thousand strangers. If your list has gone quiet, we start with a careful re-engagement send and clean out the dead weight before running anything else.

How fast can we get started?

Tell us what you're working with and we'll return a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote within one business day. Simple campaign setups can be sending within a couple of weeks; connected automation work takes longer depending on scope. Either way, you'll see the timeline in writing before you commit to anything.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us what you're trying to fix. We'll point you at the smallest thing that moves the needle — with a fixed price on it.
