What we need from you

A few sentences on what's broken or missing, who it affects, and what "good" looks like. If you have rough numbers (volume, time spent, error rate), great. If you don't, that's fine too — we're used to scoping from a description.

What you'll get back

Within one business day: an honest read on whether this is a fit for us, what the smallest useful intervention would look like, and a rough price range. If it's not a fit, we'll usually point you at someone who is.

Send us a note.

No discovery calls disguised as sales, no week-long proposal writing. Tell us what's slow, sloppy, or stuck — we'll come back within one business day with an honest read.

Your note goes straight to the team. We read every one.

Quote → build → live

No auto-responder maze, no sales sequence. Here's the whole thing.

1. We read it

A person reads your note — every one, no filter — and replies within one business day with an honest read: whether this is a fit, and roughly what it would take.

2. A short call, if it helps

If a conversation would sharpen the picture, we'll suggest a 20-minute call. No slides, no pitch — just questions about your business and straight answers about ours. If email covers it, we skip the call.

3. A fixed quote in writing

If we're a fit, you get a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote: the pages, the price, the date. A full website build is $2,400, and every number is public on our pricing page. Nothing starts until you say go.

And if we're not a fit?

We'll say so plainly, and where we can, point you at someone who is. A quick no is worth more than a slow maybe — to both of us.

Quick answers.

The three things people usually ask before they write in.

Do I need anything ready before I write?

No. A few sentences about what's broken is plenty — we're used to scoping from a description. Photos, menus, or an old site help if you have them, and if you don't, we'll tell you what we need and how to get it.

What does it cost?

A full website build is $2,400, fixed. Ongoing plans run $1,500, $3,500, or $5,000 a month depending on how much you want handled — cancel any month. Every build includes 30 days of free fixes.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

Pick "Not sure yet" in the form and describe the symptom instead — slow phone, empty tables, a site you're embarrassed to share. Figuring out the smallest useful fix is our job, not yours.
