Do you work on websites you didn't build?
Yes. Care plans cover sites we built and sites we inherited. We start by getting access, moving hosting under our care, and going through the site for anything broken, outdated, or risky. Once it's stable, it goes on the same schedule as everything else we look after: updates, backups, monitoring, and edits whenever you send them.
What do the plans cost?
Reef Shark is $1,500 a month, Mako is $3,500, and Great White is $5,000. Every plan covers the essentials — hosting, maintenance, backups, security, monitoring, and your edits — and the bigger plans carry more time each month for marketing and improvements. There's no contract; you can cancel any month. If you're not sure which fits, send us your site and we'll recommend one.
My last web person disappeared. Can you still help?
Yes. Even if you don't know where the site is hosted or who owns the domain, send us what you do know. We'll trace what we can, help you get control of your own accounts, and put everything somewhere you'll never lose track of again. Then the plan keeps it maintained going forward.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
Care plans include hosting under our management — it's how we keep response fast and stop the finger-pointing between a hosting company and a web team. We handle the move ourselves and coordinate the details, so switching doesn't become your project. If your situation is unusual, tell us; we'll give you a straight answer before anything changes.
