The short version

This is the grown-up money side of marketing. Before you spend more on ads or SEO, you should know which channels produce customers, what your competitors are actually doing, and whether your sales process can handle more leads. That's what this category covers: attribution, forecasting, competitor research, revenue operations, and the data plumbing underneath it all. We're based in Myrtle Beach and we work in plain English. You get answers you can act on, not a slide deck that sits in a drawer.

Why it matters

Analytics & Strategy, done the Shark way.

Most businesses on the Grand Strand can tell you what they spent on marketing last month. Far fewer can tell you what they got back. That gap is where bad decisions live: budgets renewed out of habit, channels kept alive because cutting them feels risky, agencies judged on activity instead of outcomes. Strategy work closes the gap. We connect your spend to your sales so every budget conversation starts from evidence.

The other half is honesty about the market itself. Who are you really competing with in Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet? What are they doing that works? What would this business look like to a buyer? These are answerable questions. We answer them with fixed-scope, fixed-price projects — quoted within one business day — or as part of a monthly plan you can cancel any month.

Frequently asked

What does this kind of work cost?

Every project here is fixed-scope and fixed-price, quoted within one business day of our first conversation. Ongoing strategy work is built into our monthly plans — Reef Shark at $1,500/mo, Mako at $3,500/mo, and Great White at $5,000/mo — and you can cancel any month. No long contracts, no open-ended retainers that drift.

Do I need strategy work before I spend on ads or SEO?

Not always, but it usually pays for itself. If your tracking is broken, more ad spend just buys you more confusion. If you don't know which competitor is eating your lunch in North Myrtle Beach, you'll aim at the wrong target. A few weeks of groundwork makes every dollar after it work harder.

Is this only for big companies?

No. Some services in this category — media mix modeling, revenue operations, due diligence — fit larger organizations best, and we say so on each page. But attribution, competitor analysis, and clean customer data matter just as much to a twelve-person firm in Conway as they do to a company with a hundred employees.

What tools do you work with?

The ones you already have, wherever possible. Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, your booking or point-of-sale system — we'd rather make your existing tools talk to each other than sell you new ones. When something genuinely needs replacing, we'll say so and explain why in plain English.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us what you're trying to fix. We'll point you at the smallest thing that moves the needle — with a fixed price on it.
