The short version

Amazon advertising has a dirty secret: it's easy to make the sales number go up and the bank account go down. Big totals hide unprofitable keywords, and unmanaged campaigns quietly bid on searches that will never convert. We manage Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands with one question driving every decision — did this spend make money after Amazon's cut? Your ad budget stays yours, paid to Amazon directly and separate from our fees, so we have no reason to spend it carelessly.

Why it matters

Amazon Advertising on the Grand Strand

The default failure mode of Amazon ads is drift. Campaigns get set up with broad targeting, sales trickle in, and nobody notices that a third of the budget goes to keywords that have never once converted. Weekly management is the whole game: cutting the losers, feeding the winners, moving proven search terms into exact-match campaigns, and blocking the junk with negatives. It isn't glamorous. It's just the work, done every week, that compounds.

We also refuse to score ourselves on sales volume alone. A campaign can post impressive totals while losing money on every unit once fees and product costs come out. We build your real margin into the account targets, so bids are set against what a sale is actually worth to you — whether you're a North Myrtle Beach snack brand or a warehouse operation shipping thousands of units. Because our fee is flat and your ad budget is separate, spending more never pays us more.

Who it's for

Sellers spending blind

You turned on ads because Amazon nudged you to, and money goes out every month. You honestly couldn't say which keywords earn and which just spend.

Profitable products stuck at a plateau

Organic sales are steady but growth has stalled out. You want ads to open up new keywords and audiences without gambling away the margins you've fought for.

Brands scaling past self-management

You ran your own campaigns to six figures and it worked — until the account outgrew your evenings. You need weekly hands on it that aren't yours.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

1. Audit and set targets

We dig through your existing campaigns, find where money is being wasted, and set spend targets based on your actual margin per product.

2. Rebuild the structure

Your campaigns get reorganized so the winners are isolated, the losers are cut, and every dollar you spend has a defined job.

3. Manage weekly

Bids, budgets, negative keywords, and new keyword tests — all adjusted every single week, then reported every month in plain English.

Frequently asked

How much do we need to spend on ads?

That's your call, and it stays your money — ad spend goes to Amazon directly and is completely separate from our management fee. We'll recommend a starting budget based on your category, competition, and margins, and we'll tell you honestly if your budget is too small for your category to learn anything useful. We'd rather delay than burn your money proving the obvious.

What does management cost?

Amazon advertising runs inside our monthly plans: Reef Shark at $1,500 a month, Mako at $3,500, and Great White at $5,000, depending on account size and how many other services are in scope. Flat fee, cancel any month. We deliberately don't charge a percentage of ad spend — that model rewards agencies for spending more, which is exactly backwards.

Should we fix our listings before running ads?

Usually, yes. Ads buy the click; the listing makes the sale. Paying to send shoppers to a weak listing is the most expensive mistake in Amazon advertising. If your listings need work, we'll say so up front and quote the optimization as its own fixed-price project — often it's the cheaper fix and it makes every future ad dollar work harder.

How fast will we see results?

Setup takes a week or two, then the account starts teaching us. Cutting obvious waste shows up quickly; finding new profitable keywords takes longer because it requires real data, not guesses. We won't promise a number by a date — nobody honest can. We will show you every month exactly what was spent, what came back, and what changes next.
