400 million years old. Running out of time.
Sharks were patrolling the ocean before trees existed. Now the survival of many species is in danger — and the Shark Trust exists to change that. A percentage of Shark Digital's profits goes to their work.
Why sharks need help
Sharks have been in our ocean for over 400 million years. The Shark Trust puts the problem plainly: the survival of many species is now in danger, and the extinction crisis is avoidable — if the primary threat, overfishing, is addressed. Healthy oceans need their top predators, and the coast we all live on needs a healthy ocean.
What the Shark Trust does
Science, education, influence and action.
The Shark Trust's mission is "to safeguard a future for sharks, skates and rays through positive change." They work globally to improve the conservation status of these species — advocating for policy change with governments and fisheries, and generating collective action from divers, anglers, scientists, and ordinary people who care about the ocean.
That means real programs, not just awareness posts: citizen-science projects like the Great Eggcase Hunt, campaigns against overfishing, and steady pressure on the international policy that decides what happens to sharks at sea.

Our part
A percentage of every profit, every year.
Shark Digital donates a percentage of its profits to the Shark Trust. There's no ceremony to it: when you hire us — a website build, a monthly plan, any project — some of what we earn goes to the people protecting the animals we named ourselves after. That's the whole arrangement, and it stands with every client we take on.
Help them directly.
You don't need to hire anyone to be part of this. The Shark Trust takes donations, memberships, and volunteers — your voice, your time, or your money.
